Ruth-Ellen Danquah is a mother of two, who was identified with dyslexia, dyspraxia, autism and ADHD in her later 30’s and has been working in the diversity, inclusion, and belonging space for over 9 years.

She is an author and professional speaker on neurodiversity at work, as well as the Chief Innovation Officer for a leading neurodiversity social enterprise based in the UK. She is an accredited consultant, trainer & certified life coach, business coach, NLP Master Practitioner & holds a diploma in DBT.

She believes we all should be celebrated not just tolerated. In her own company Celebrated Not Tolerated she works as a holistic practitioner, trainer & consultant helping the community so everyone can belong and feel celebrated not just tolerated.
